Stepping into the new @ntt.data.romania office in Iași is more than just arriving at work - it’s entering a space designed to inspire, energize, and foster collaboration. This workspace is not just a physical environment, but an experience tailored to elevate the way employees feel and interact every day.From the outset, this project was about creating more than an office - it was about crafting an atmosphere where innovation thrives, where comfort meets functionality, and where employees feel a genuine sense of belonging.Being a design and build initiative, we had the opportunity to ensure every element, from the initial concept to the final execution, aligned perfectly with the needs of @ntt.data.romania and its people.A crucial part of this success was our strong collaboration with IULIUS, a trusted partner whose expertise in high-quality developments helped bring our vision to life. Through our long-standing partnership, we seamlessly navigated challenges and delivered a place where people genuinely look forward to coming to work.To enhance both aesthetics and practicality, we incorporated premium @shawcontract_emea flooring, known for its durability and comfort. Additionally, the custom-made furniture reflects the unique identity of @ntt.data.romania, making the space not just functional but deeply personal to those who use it daily.The result? A workplace that feels dynamic, welcoming, and effortlessly efficient. A space where teams can interact, collaborate and innovate in a bespoke environment. The fit-out of MSD Romania’s 1,000 sqm office space is now complete, following a seamless collaboration with CBRE Romania. Our team handled the full spectrum of works - MEP, partitioning, finishes, furniture - delivering a space that is as functional as it is inspiring.The design concept, crafted by @arhitecturall, shaped the layout to optimize both flow and flexibility. Several carefully selected brands played a pivotal role in bringing this design to life. @shawcontract_emea’s flooring, @occhio_lighting’s lighting solutions, and @actiu_com’s ready-made furniture were just a few of the key elements that helped shape the space, complementing other choices that aligned with the project’s vision. Bespoke pieces were also crafted to ensure the space met MSD Romania’s specific needs.We partnered with @infinity_divisions for the production and installation of partitions, and with @smartest.proiect for wall cladding and greenery, creating a dynamic, lively environment. Sustainability was a key focus, and every decision, from materials to finishes, was made with eco-consciousness in mind.Designed with inclusivity at its core, the space also features accessibility solutions that ensure comfort and ease for all users.
