Project1 opens its operations in Romania with a team of 21 industry professionals, mostly engineers in the field of construction, each with a minimum of 5 years experience in the corporate office design industry. The company is currently on target to end the 2019 fiscal year with sales grossing ten million euros, with the 2020 turnover target expected to exceed 20 million euros.
To date, Project1 has signed contracts worth 8.1 million euros, with their current client list including Amazon Development Romania, Thales Systems Romania, Visteon Electronics, the International British School of Bucharest, Buck Consultants Limited London, and Nagarro Romania.

Already operational, the company has its main headquarters located in Bucharest, on the ground floor of the CA Immo Bucharest Business Park office building. A second office is located Timisoara, in the City Business Center Complex owned by the South African NEPI Rockcastle fund.
